My status is limited. What does that mean?
Your access is being controlled by SCOMEL based on the official active student list. While you're not on the active list, some features like voting and candidate applications are disabled, but you can still log in to view your history and notifications.
Where can I see my account status?
Your account is managed directly by SCOMEL using the official student list. You can see your current status from the badges and messages at the top of your user dashboard.
How can I change my status?
Only SCOMEL can update the active student list. If you believe your status is incorrect, please contact SCOMEL using the details on this page so they can review your record.
How do I vote?
From your Dashboard, use the Vote Now buttons under active elections, or open the Elections page and choose an active election.
I can’t vote in an election I see.
Check that your account is verified and that the election is currently in its voting period. If you still can’t vote, contact SCOMEL with your student ID and election name.
Can I change my vote after submitting?
No. Once a ballot is submitted, it is final. Please review your choices carefully before confirming.
How do I file a formal complaint?
Use the File Complaint page in your dashboard to submit election-related complaints in line with the USASG Election Code.
What if I encounter a technical problem?
Take a screenshot or note the exact error message and time it occurred, then contact SCOMEL using the email below. Include your student ID and the page where the issue happened.
